FAQ

Will we meet you before the booking date?

Yes of course you will! I would love to meet in a call or meet up should our schedules permit before any confirmation. This is for us to get to know each other, for me to share how I photograph, to clarify any questions and also to see whether I'm a good fit for you! At the end of the day, it's about you and your story. It’s your big day and I want to make sure you have the right person to do that for you!

Do you come to the wedding rehearsal?

If we are available on the day, we are likely to come, if anything just to help you guys out with advice and meet your bridal party and families beforehand!

Do you have a limit to the number of photos returned?

We will return all the images that best capture the story of your day! Do note that everything returned is edited. We do not return RAW images, unfortunately.

What's the lead time for my deliverables?

The lead time for your deliverables is 10 weeks. This is so that we can look at the photos with fresh lenses and do your story justice! Should we be able to deliver it earlier, we will be sure to update you. Should there be an urgent need for the photos to be out earlier, please let me know, and we’re always up to chat about it!

Will you do Photoshop alterations to our physical appearance?

No, we do not work in publishing, so we will not alter your physical appearance. We may do some minor beauty edits only if necessary. However, do let us know if there are areas of self-consciousness (e.g. scars) and we will definitely bear that in mind while photographing you.

What if the hours I need are not part of any package listed?

If you're looking for a customised package, feel free to reach out here. We would love to see how we might be of help!

How can we lock in the date, and what are your payment terms?

There will be a 50% deposit required to lock down the date, and the remaining 50% will be due 1 week after the shoot/wedding day. Payment can be done via PayNow or Bank Transfer.

What if we have to cancel or reschedule?

If you have already made a deposit, it will be non-refundable. We will work towards rescheduling the shoot.
